ACCESS SCHOOL HEALTH SERVICES
School-Based Health Clinics (SBHC)
Access Family Health Services also provides Access School Health Services, which is a school-based health clinic, exclusively for faculty, staff, and students, on the following school campuses:

Monroe County Schools (Hatley, Smithville, & Hamilton)

North & South Pontotoc Schools

Okolona Elementary School & Okolona High School

For emergencies, dial 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
AFTER HOURS CALLS
(non-school based clinics):
All calls received outside normal business hours are transferred to a messaging system which will allow you to leave a non-urgent/non-emergency message for our staff, or a non-emergency message for the on-call provider. When you leave a message for the on-call provider, the provider may either call you back directly or respond with a recorded message.
AFTER HOURS CALLS
(School-Based Clinics):
All calls received outside normal school-clinic hours will either:
a) have a voicemail box where you may leave a non-urgent/non-emergency message, along with the after hours number (included in the voicemail greeting) to reach the on-call provider for non-emergency matters, or
b) be automatically forwarded to a messaging system which will allow you to leave a non-urgent/non-emergency message for our staff, or a non-emergency message for the on-call provider. When you leave a message for the on-call provider, the provider may either call you back directly or respond with a recorded message.

LLAMADAS DESPUÉS DE HORAS: todas las llamadas recibidas fuera del horario comercial normal se transfieren a un sistema de mensajería en el que puede dejar un mensaje que no sea de emergencia para nuestro proveedor de guardia.
